The Demers Group, led by visionary Lori-anne Demers, Master Certified Coach, are specialists in coaching through the Core Alignment Processes. We are a dynamic, collaborative team of professional coaches acrossCanada. There are three distinct elements of the Demers Group: our Accredited Coach Training Program, Core Alignment Coach Training, developing confidence and excellence in coaches through a unique 9month certificate training program; Community Alignment, providing retreat setting personal development programs, training and personal coaching. Our Core Alignment Personal Development Program is held over six months with a distance learning component to allow participants to be engaged from anywhere. Organizational Alignment, working with key leaders, executives and teams in organizations. We specialize in larger organizational initiatives that promote coaching cultures that allow them to operate as working communities.
